Office Location Our office is located on the 20th floor of the Wachovia Building. The building is on Water Street, next to the Omni Hotel and across the street from the west end of the Jacksonville Landing. Parking is available in the lot at the corner of South Pearl Street and West Bay Street. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation. Curbside parking is also available in front of the building along South Hogan Street.  About Us
